There are multiple viable careers in the arts.  Further, developing your creative mind will improve your capacity for dimensional perception, problem-solving, and self-efficacy. These skills will improve your capacity in any field you chose to work in.

Arts are scientifically proven to be a vital part of human well being.  Our studio is designed to increase human connection and individual well-being.

Voice Training

Janika has proven her unique ability to take shy, inexperienced, "tone deaf" people of all ages and turn them into confident, skilled, musical performers with significant range growth, with all students achieving at least 3-4 octaves.  Everyone can do it.

Singing is not a some mystical gift. It is grueling physical training for muscles you can't see.  Janika teaches you how to feel them and use them, while building your confidence in performing.

Artfully Balanced Tai Chi

Developed by Paul Lam, M.D. to help reduce arthritis and fall risk.  It is a safe, effective exercize for reducing inflammation, improving balance, and strengthening the immune system.

People with all levels of ability are welcome to attend class.  Wear lose, comfortable clothes, flat shoes, and bring water to stay hydrated.
