Tai chi is a safe, effective exercise for reducing inflammation, improving balance, and strengthening the immune system. Artfully Balanced classes follow the effective programs designed by Paul Lam M. D. for arthritis and fall prevention. People with all levels of ability are welcome to attend class. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Bring water.
